The event is being hosted by Hinds Community College, Raymond Mississippi.
Planes can be stored overnight in on-site hanger. AC outlets are available.

Pre-registration landing fee-$40 or $60 on site
Pre-registration ends April 10. Refund of pre-registration fee will be made if cancellation notice is given by
April 20.
Registration fee includes ticket for Saturday night awards banquet in the hangar. Banquet includes fried catfish, pig roast, and our WORLD FAMOUS MUDBUG FEAST!!!!!!!!!!!
(Yes, we will still have three kinds of homemade ice cream plus cobbler.)

Tent Rental
For those interested in renting a tent, we have made arrangements for 20x20 and 20x30 tents.
Price is $140 for 10x10, $250 for 10x20, $345.00 for 20x20, and $455.00 for a 20x30.
If you want a tent, we must have payment by April 20. If you have paid for a tent, and you are unable to attend, we will refund your money for the tent if we receive your cancellation notice by April 20.
DIRECTIONS
Go to exit 35 on I-20 at Clinton, MS. Go south 5 miles to airport road. Turn right. Go 1 mile. Road dead ends at airport.

This is a very nice motel/conference center owned and operated by Hinds Community College, the owner of the airport. They are giving us a discounted rate for the jet pilots.
